Passus Group is focused on designing and implementing highly specialised IT solutions for monitoring and improving network and application performance as well as IT security both in on-premise architecture and in hybrid, private and public cloud environments. The Group consists of Passus S.A., Chaos Gears S.A. and Sycope S.A.

• IT security solutions, in particular vulnerability detection; network, application and data security; security incident monitoring and management systems (SIEM/SOC);
• projects using the Amazon Web Services cloud platform, including application and infrastructure and data migrations, Cloud Manage Services, SaaS application development and artificial intelligence data analysis solutions.

Our engineers have implemented some of the largest Application and Network Performance Management and SIEM projects in Poland. Over 20 years of cooperation with companies and institutions from Poland and abroad has resulted in the thorough knowledge and understanding of business and technical factors of these organisations.

The Group targets large Polish and foreign entities, which are the largest recipients of advanced IT solutions. Its main clients are entities in the public sector (uniformed services, state bodies, government and local government offices) of the State Treasury and entities in the private sector, included in the
so-called TOP 500 largest companies in Poland. Among these are Poland’s five largest telecommunications companies, eight of the ten largest banks and eight of the ten largest entities in the fuel, energy and transmission industries, as well as multinational manufacturing and trading companies.

Based on its own products and services, as well as technologies from world-renowned manufacturers, Passus S.A. creates and implements solutions, precisely tailored to customer requirements. The Company provides comprehensive services, from needs analysis, through planning, implementation services, tailor-made solutions, employee training, to service and after-sales support. The solutions offered are prepared on the basis of our own products as well as those of recognised global suppliers. Passus Group is a partner of manufacturers such as: Riverbed, Brocade (Symantec), Splunk, NetScout, Cisco, Trellix (FireEye), ManageEngine, as well as Fidelis Cybersecurity, Tenable and Fudo Security. Passus also employs its own teams of software developers and engineers to customise existing solutions and execute custom projects. Drawing on their experience, the team prepared their own solutions creating System Sycope, an integrated, modular solution consisting of Visibility (monitoring), Performance (performance) and Security (IT security) applications. Its use within the organisation significantly reduces the risk of losses due to IT infrastructure failure or performance degradation and losses due to cyberattacks.

Passus S.A. was formed by spinning off the Networks and IT Security Department from Passus sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company which had operated on the IT market since 1992. In July 2018, the Company made its debut on the New Connect market, and has been listed on the regulated market of the Stock Exchange since January 2023. The Group currently employs more than 100 qualified employees – engineers, software developers and specialists. In addition to many successful implementations, the team’s competence is confirmed by nearly 40 individual certifications including: personal security clearance up to ‘Confidential’ and ‘NATO Secret’, CISA, CISSP, Riverbed Certified Solutions Professional, Cisco Associate and Professional in R&S (routing & switching), Security and Wireless, Core Impact Certified Professional, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Riverbed Network and Application Performance Management Qualified Trainer.

In 2017, the Company fulfilled the requirements of the Polish Internal Security Agency and obtained industrial security certificates, which confirm its ability to provide services to institutions and branches of the economy in the area of access to classified information in Poland, NATO and the European Union.
